Biography
Hi, I'm Sam, a web developer and economist with a passion for creating beautiful, data-first, and user-centered digital experiences. With 8 years of experience as a web developer, 3 years of experience building full stack applications, and a Master's degree in economics, I am always looking for new and innovative ways to bring my clients' visions to life.
I believe that design is about more than just making things look pretty – it's about solving problems and creating intuitive, enjoyable experiences for users.

Data Analysis Volunteer @ City of Missoula
2019 | Missoula, MTDuring and after Grad School, I completed a few volunteer GIS (Geographic Information Systems) projects for the city of Missoula, and the Missoula Housing Authority. These projects included a python script that merged two large datasets of streets and sign data with >95% accuracy and a map of the distribution of properties that use the Missoula Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher program.

2017-2019 | UM Math & Economics DepartmentsAs a graduate student I taught an introductory statistics lab, and acted as a teaching assistant for a variety of graduate and undergraduate economics courses, including Advanced Econometrics, Economic Communication, and Introduction to Microeconomics.
